Our History

The firm was established in 1991.  Through the years, it evolved expanding its clientele and staff without losing its small firm culture and personalized approach to client service.

During its evolution, the firm changed its name a few times and valued members joined the team. In spite of these changes and the steady reduction in the number of comparable small accounting firms, our goal to continue serving our clientele over the long term as a small firm remained. Commitment to quality work is one of the firm's values that has contributed to its success. In addition, the firm's promoting a collegial working atmosphere and a culture that encourages teamwork as well as equilibrium between personal and professional life has provided a work environment in which members have been able to excel. Our collaborative approach has created a dynamic team.

Today, the firm has two partners including one of its founders, one CPA, one accountant and two technicians/administrative assistants.  Collectively, team members have been with the firm an average of 17 years, ranging from 3 to 32 years of service, providing our clients with stability, in-depth knowledge of their business and a commitment to meet their needs. In addition, we are proud to have among us several clients who have been with the firm since it was founded.

Our clientele is comprised of several medical professional corporations, businesses operating in construction, insurance, human resources, real estate, investments, consultations and many more.
